Stop emailing me and calling unknown very unprofessional
I showed interest in their blades for a minute. Switched business cards and then they call me every week trying to sell me something. I've told them to stop calling me multiple times. Mr. John duffey thinks it's ok to talk about my mother and cuss me out. I'd buy used products before dealing with such unprofessional people. Unfortunately I can leave negative stars or I would.
I bought a machine for more than $2,000, when I received it it was not what I ordered, I called them to inform them and they told me it was the same thing which I refused, but since I was urgent I ended up using it, they still said they would call me with a solution which I never received. After a month of using it, it broke down, they called them again and they only said that they would call the company and call me back, something that has never happened in these 4 months. I’m writing this review explaining the bad experience I have received. I purchased a Grabo electric vacuum from Blades direct. The sales person I worked with was Chris Thomas. I explain the type of usage I was going to need from this unit. He said that this was the best unit buy for this type of usage. Unit arrived on Saturday evening. I unpacked on Monday morning.
