Always was fast and everything went smooth with the camera down my throat everyone was professional
I find the office staff to be rude or harsh at times and the follow up is lacking. I felt as if the doctor wanted nothing to do with me or my problems. He stood away from me and after completing endoscopy and colonoscopy was told they found nothing wrong, but a different doctor and same procedures found issues not mentioned by staff. For heart burn I was not given medication but told to take peppermint oil daily and castor oil for bloat and discomfort.
