Staff very down to earth and helpful. I bought a bunch of parts for my AR here as well as normal hardware things. You can't really beat the small business in regards to how helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly they are. Prices are on par with your big box stores too. I'll check them first usually for the things I need. Most times they have what I want. Parking sucks sometimes though. Either street parking or fighting for a spot in a lot behind the place that's shared by the whole block.
