I have been going to Bladen Eye Center for many years. My daughter got her first set of glasses from them as a teen and she is now 26 years old. With that said, we have been very loyal customers but due to the lack of communication with the optical center and blatant disregard for messages I have left, we will be taking our future eye care needs elsewhere! 1. Still don't have my glasses after over a month (originally ordered 07-29-2025). No reply to voice messages left on your phone system on 09-08. 09-10, after no reply from previous message, called and someone finally answers phone, glasses are not in and they are unable to answer when they will be in... 2. Prescription sent to BlinkRX without the required "reauthorization" according to Brie at Blink. I called and spoke to someone at your office about that 08-21-25 and it has still not been corrected.
