I didn't get seen because the wait was to long.and I lefted
I went in explained my situation pain level 9 the er put me in a room staff prompt. But there listening skills BIG FAT ZERO. I needed X-rays for my back and neck = 0. Needed something for pain. I told them I take daclauflanic it's non addictive. Nope they give me low milligram Tylenol and toradol. Not what I needed. When discharge came around asked about pain level after 2 hours and blood work still up there 8 1/2. Ok sign here and see you way out. I'd rather pass away then use there er again
Everyone reacted very quickly to my needs there.
I was well cared for during my time in the hospital. All of the staff members who worked with me were professional, friendly, helpful and caring.
