Do not buy a Jayco brand Rv, trailer, or fifth wheel. I have first hand experience dealing with Blade RV and the Jayco warranty department. Brand new trailer and had to bring back 3+ times in a year span for the refrigerator not working correctly. Jayco wouldn't do anything about it, and Blade wouldn't do anything because Jayco wouldn't do anything. Always professional and performed quick turnaround.
They did not try to overcharge me or sell me on extra parts or services. They charged a reasonable rate for basic work, and they withheld and asked me about work that maybe wasn't worth the expense. I much appreciated doing business with Blade RV Center on multiple occasions. Would recommend.
Nice people
Stopped in 10 minutes before close because I needed my hitch adjusted. Both the service counter and mechanic were great and got me fixed up right away.
