Stopped in 10 minutes before close because I needed my hitch adjusted. Both the service counter and mechanic were great and got me fixed up right away.
Bought an RV with Blade, and that was fine, but I would recommend avoiding the service department. Trailers are always going to have issues, big and small, so service matters. In the most recent incident that prompted this review, the shop treated my husband poorly, dismissed his concerns, and refused to take the time to understand the problem. They insisted that what we needed was to purchase 2 new batteries, but the batteries checked out fine. It seems we are on our own to figure out our RVs electrical issues and find a so... read more
