Blade RV came to our rescue! We were on route back home from an epic 7 state road trip with our young kids when we broke a leaf spring on our bumper pull. We were dead in the water. We couldn't find a replacement leaf spring on anywhere. They had pulled one off another unit and waited for us to pick it up. They also found us a mobile repair guy to help put it back together. (We tried several others who would not work on a Saturday).
I love my travel trailer which is my 2013 Jayco Whitehawk 26DSRB its an excellent unit I love it to death everything about it from the rear bathroom to the huge slide out to the massive fridge to the spacious bedroom. Why I don't give 5 stars is because I think there's room for improvement meaning on the sales lot instead of the used units being in the 2nd row meaning the used units are typically the ones that sell faster than the newer ones right so I think that should be switched meaning the used units in the front 1st row... read more
Very happy with travel trailer purchase from Blade RV. Salesman Michael Rosso is a no pressure, well experienced sales leader. The purchasing experience was fun and they have a great inventory to choose from if you are looking for a smaller rv or a giant motorhome. Mike R. and the staff at Blade are awesome! Two of my neighbors purchased their trailers at Blade and now we are on our 2nd trailer from Mike at Blade. Highly recommend you stop there and talk with Mike before you buy another trailer elsewhere. We love our Jayco’s and the great service in Burlington.
