I can’t say enough about my experience with Blade and specifically Brett Beuckman. I went to a lot of places and everything about Blade far exceeded any other experience. Brett knows everything about the RVs, walks you through and ensures to understand what you’re looking for, and does everything possible to get you the perfect RV. Service could not be any better. If you’re shopping for an RV, go see Brett!!
I bought a Thor sanctuary in October and they told me they were going to have it checked out to make sure everything was working. And I could pick it up in a week. I returned and they told me that the tail lights weren’t working properly, but I should take it to Mercedes since it was Under warranty. Mercedes denied this. Additionally, the generator for the lithium battery was out. They tried to hide this by having the rv plugged in. These guys are hardly helpful. My mom bought a truck and trailer. They sold her a sway bar that she couldn't even maneuver. Then wouldn't refund her the full price for it brand new. Drove to another state and back because the door and drawers were not intact. Now trailer is leaking and they have been hardly helpful. Not all, but overall. I will not buy from them
