Annie and Sam were absolutely amazing throughout the whole sales process, assuring not only me but also my parents about every aspect of purchasing my first new motorcycle. Super impressed and would buy from again in the future.
Firstly, please note this is solely about the service centre and not sales. I've had no interaction with the sales department. My experience started with booking a service of which was carried out and on the day was made aware I needed some other work such as brake pads & discs, fluid changes and there was an impending MOT. It was explained on the day that the service light though serviced couldn't be turned off due to a software update. Swindon KTM Blades is an unfair seller, they offer motorcycles on the website at a lower price and on site it turns out that the motorcycle costs much more. They promise to call back soon, but no one ever calls and finally all the bikes are sold out!!! One star just for the coffee has been made!!! Maciej
Marius steyn is the person to look for if your buying a ktm here. 10/10 service this guy knows how to make new experiences come to life for you. Picked up a 22 ktm duke 390 here and he made the whole process feel so effortless. It all went so smoothly. Really rate this place. Will definitely go back here for an upgrade.
