This restaurant has always been a favorite of mine, offering great food and excellent service—until today. Unfortunately, my friends and I had a terrible experience. Our server was incredibly rude and even raised her voice at me while I was paying. Strangely, she charged me just one cent, which makes me wonder if she’s planning to adjust it later. This restaurant has been nothing but good food and good service until today, Horrible experience for me and my friends the server was very rude and legit yelled at me while paying. She ended up charging me ONE CENT, I’m guessing she’s gonna change it somehow. We were a party of 5 who came in around 6:35pm . The food was undercooked, almost raw. I love this restaurant and the owner and the servers from the past few times were amazing, but this time we were very disappointed.

We had a group of eight people come in at 6:35pm, the restaurant closes at 8:00pm. We called beforehand as well to make sure it was okay that we were coming in closer to closing time. The waitress didn’t even offer us water, we had to ask for it. The waitress also rushed us with our ordering saying to two of the girls in our group to, “hurry up”. We recently had a family dinner for 8 at Blade and could not be more satisfied. Food was great, we especially enjoyed the appetizers. I had the lamb which was cooked perfectly and seasoned just right. Reviews from around the table were all two thumbs up ! Service was attentive without being too intrusive. All in all a really great evening…

There were 5 of us and we got there at 6pm. First of all, they don’t sell alcohol . We all ordered an appetizer and we only got 3 things. The waitress never checked on us. We then put our order in for our entrees. While the ladies were sharing the 3 measly appetizers the gents went across the street and bought some wine because apparently it’s BYOB. They couldn’t even make a nonalcoholic drink that was on their own menu the waitress said. All 5 of us sat there for 2, literally 2 hours for our food and not once did the waitr... read more
