Great team, got my MOT done on the day i called without appointment. Brilliant people, was easy & very quick service.
This was my first (almost) interaction with blade motorcycles. Saw the bike I wanted, at a good price I must say. Sent an enquiry with their system. And waited. Nothing Sent another the next day. Nothing again. I was a cash sale 15k but if they can't reply now, I would hate to see what happened if I had a problem. Come guys get your act together. Ps. I went elsewhere to get my new bike
My personal experience of purchasing a Honda NX500 from Abingdon Honda has been first rate. From start to finish the Sales and Service Teams provided excellent customer care guiding me through my financial purchase. Throughout the process I was kept well informed of the bikes arrival into the showroom along with all the Honda accessories that required fitting. More recently the aftersales Service Team provided a great customer service experience during my 600 mile running in service.
A really friendly team who were very helpful at all stages of enquiry and purchase. Huge thanks to Mark and also Rian. Mark even kindly came in on his day off to hand over my new bike. Thank you so much.
