Not fast, but friendly and helpful.
We have been having a few issues with our 2022 Yukon Denali XL so we brought it to Blade service to get sorted out (it is the closest GM dealer). While Jason has been really good to deal with from a customer service perspective, the techs doing the work not so much. Just a few days ago they did a new oil pan and gasket due to a pan leak. We have put 100 miles on the “fresh” oil change and I pull the dipstick and it is low on oil. Blade Chevrolet service used 5 qts of oil for the oil change in my car even though the owner's manual calls for 4.2 qts with filter. When I got home and allowed time for the oil to drain back to the oil pan, it was showing 1/2 inch over full on the dipstick. Page 216 of the OM explicitly cautions, DO NOT OVERFILL PAST THE FULL MARK. IT CAN DAMAGE YOUR ENGINE. I asked the service advisor ahead of time to please tell the service tech not to overfill.
