This review is only for "Shauna" who was so rude on the phone I canceled my service appointment. I can't remember the other gal's name that I've spoken with there who was very kind, helpful, and professional.

We brought our gmc acadia to blade after a recommendation from a friend. Jenn A. made sure to turn in warranty work for a delaminated piece on the steering wheel- the car was less than 6 months old. She communicated when parts were in and had me in and out quickly. We will bring our truck and acadia here whenever we need service.

I love my truck like it’s one of my kids… and when I took my truck to Blade I was hesitant but Jen A. put me at ease. She let me know bringing it to the dealership was the right move and assured me that it was in good hands. I brought it in for the 100K service and check over. My truck had a repair plan by end of day! Amazing!!!! I opted to schedule an appointment for a later date when a loaner was available (truck was still drivable). I take great pride in keeping my vehicle in pristine condition, however, I left this service appointment with several scratches all over my vehicle. On both the passenger and drivers side. Thanks to this service department my vehicle depreciated in value. The techs here just don’t care.
