My 2007 Escalade was due for its 50k maintenance schedule. Kara Bettencourt, service advisor, booked my appointment on the day and time I requested. She was there to take my keys and got started right away. I picked up my car in Exactly the time frame that she estimated and it runs great. Thank you Blade Chevrolet Service Center.
The staff was nice, ran on time, accommodating with the shuttle service, we mostly dealt with Lindsee and she was awesome!
Not fast, but friendly and helpful.
We have been having a few issues with our 2022 Yukon Denali XL so we brought it to Blade service to get sorted out (it is the closest GM dealer). While Jason has been really good to deal with from a customer service perspective, the techs doing the work not so much. Just a few days ago they did a new oil pan and gasket due to a pan leak. We have put 100 miles on the “fresh” oil change and I pull the dipstick and it is low on oil.
