1) I was charged 200.00 for my initial CoPay when in fact I told the front desk lady I was supposed to pay 100.00. This was a deliberate OVERCHARGE which the young lady could not explain. I filed a complaint with my insurance carrier about this practice at their WPB office. 2) I was charged for an "incoming Teleconference call" which I NEVER received. First they charge me 200.00 for my initial Co-Pay which is ridiculous and im not even sure it is legal. My insurance company tells me my CoPay was supposed to be 100.00 then i had a scheduled Tele Conference with the medical personnel there scheduled for TODAY after 530 pm so i call and the young lady answering the office has no clue what i am speaking about ...The staff had already left. This is highly unprofessional as it concerns my blood work results .... I am changing my Urologist tommroow morning and warning everyone... read more
