Have engaged them a couple of times over the years for blocked drains and a new HWS. Always a great prompt service and very knowledgeable. The local knowledge of common issues in the area has proved invaluable for troubleshooting.
I have had Blackwood plumbing out to our place twice in the last month. Once for a gas leak and then to replace the element in our hot water unit. For the gas leak, they located it quickly and even identified a couple of others and fixed everything to a very high standard. For the hot water system, they tested both the thermostat and the element and identified the reason why we had no hot water.
