Placed an order on the 27/11. It's still awaiting fufillment. This company is hopeless. I've sent emails and tried calling and all of my attempts to contact are being ignored. One of the items was unavailable too and they haven't reached out to tell me.

As for my beautiful Ankarsrum, I am so happy with it. It has produced beautiful bread doughs for me, and is an adornment to my kitchen.
After ordering the Ankarsrum ice cream attachment and receiving a faulty unit George went above and beyond to help out. I was provided another unit which ended up also being faulty so Blackwood Lane provided yet another unit without hesitation (and this one finally was in working condition!). Can't thank the team at Blackwood Lane enough for their amazing customer service.
