If you need someone to listen to you, then this is the service for you! If you need actual help, then don't waste your time. Every time I have called up in need of help I have ended up more stressed out than before I called, and as result I find it very hard to believe that any of them (that I've encountered) are actually trained to deal with autistic people. My daughter lives in Mcelhose court Greenock.Her home was flooded for the second time last night. She informed them of this at 3pm no contractor arrived as told that they would. No one from Blackwood came to look or assess the flooding .Flat covered with at least 4 inches of water and sewage. Residents eventually phoned fire brigade who got another contractor to come and try to stop the water and sewage coming in to 15 flats with vulnerable tenants in them.My daughter is paraplegic and had to sit outside in her wheelchair ti... read more
