Blackwood has been a wonderful company to work with. I’ve recently started working at a property management company and often do project manage work for them. I called Blackwood on a Friday and Monday morning they showed up, 3 guys (owner, contractor and designer) and they had an estimate to me by the end of that day. They are professional and knowledgeable and taught my company and I a few things during the estimate. Definitely use them!!!
Arriving today after one of Rochester's largest snow storms, we were relieved and impressed to find Trinity Montessori School's parking lot to be impeccably plowed and maintained, and most importantly safe for our staff, students, and families.
