After making an appt for my young son for 3:20pm, still sitting in the waiting room 45 minutes later, to be told we were apparently next in line, only to wait another hour and still not be seen. Approached the reception who had absolutely no idea what was going on. Left at 5pm after still not being seen. We would have sat there another hour, watching the array of doctors come and call other people through despite being assured we were next in line. Absolute disaster. Would not recommend to anyone. Ever.
Really appreciate the great service and care I receive from all personnel working there especially Dr Justyna Powierza who is extremely thorough in her care of her patients.
