Reception has been consistently poor. I had previously stopped attending this clinic despite the quality of the doctors due to ongoing issues with reception staff, but I required a last-minute appointment and it was the only option available. At this point I think it is the job description that the receptionist have to be bratty before they receive the job offer. I use the Clinpath service here as Angela is amazing: she is effective and efficient so I experience little pain and minimal if any bruising. It’s a shame it’s not available everyday but I will happily rearrange to ensure Angela takes my blood samples! Totally recommend her for anyone whose previously had negative or challenging experiences with having their blood taken
I have nothing but the highest regard and appreciation for the care and concern shown and given to me by each and every one of the staff of Blackwood Family Care. In particular, Dr. Mark Le has helped make my life worth living. Professional and rigorous in their practice, the staff also take the time to know and treat you as both a person and a patient. Highly recommended.
Great staff. Always helpful. Doctors are fantastic always welcoming.
