Recently bought a ute for odd jobs and turned out to have a significant cooling issue. I had a pretty good idea what issue was but many others places could have misdiagnosed or charged me more. They identified and repaired exactly what I thought it was and were happy to use oil that I already had which many others won't do. Overall fantastic service and honest. After a less than savoury experience with a local mechanic, I went looking for another and was pleased with the care and service provided. Ricky kept me informed of everything, particularly around the costs of the repair and long term health of the vehicle. I had known it was a long shot asking for my misfiring car to be seen to the afternoon I called, but it was, and the repairs were done by the following morning. A pleasure and a surprise, I am most happy with!
