One of the only brands in my half century of living that I feel love for. The main stand out qualities are excellent value for money, great customer service, good quality products which I love the style of too. I am also proud that they are an Australian brand who have treated me like a brother whenever the few times there has been an issue after buying a lot of gear. Ordered a camping mat on Monday with express shipping for the weekend. No word from customer service. No delivery. Did refund so product never shipped. Friend ordered a queen mattress and it is sized between a king single and a double. We are not happy campers.
Your tents are good for the garage, that's where I've placed mine, a 4 person done tent. The poles snap just about every time I go camping and despite getting new poles, they just snap again. Today they snapped and tore through the fly. Not much fun when you're camping.
I contacted customer service even tho I haven't kept my receipt and my warranty has expired. My Black Wolf self-inflating camp mattress has totally disintegrated in the solid area in which the valve is seated. I am awaiting a response from customer service and will post the outcome. Stay tuned.
Amazing customer service! Submitted a warranty claim on my bag due to it having a hole, Customer Service got in touch ASAP and organised for a new bag to be sent out by express post. All this was organised on Monday, as I was travelling overseas the following Saturday. Would 100% buy again from Black Wolf.
