Unfortunately, the customer service is useless. On the website they state that for shipping outside of Australia you should send them an email. After waiting more than a week and following up several times, the answer finally came: they only ship within Australia and New Zealand. Why don’t they state that directly on the website?
Great Products - Terrible Customer Service. Nobody responds to the chat and there is no phone number to speak to a human about any problems. Again, the products are great, but the ZERO service destroys confidence.
One of the only brands in my half century of living that I feel love for. The main stand out qualities are excellent value for money, great customer service, good quality products which I love the style of too. Ordered a camping mat on Monday with express shipping for the weekend. No word from customer service. No delivery. Did refund so product never shipped. Friend ordered a queen mattress and it is sized between a king single and a double. We are not happy campers.
