My breaks and rotors were so bad that I felt unsafe driving my boys around. I called Blackwidow on Friday and they had the parts ready by Monday. Not only was the work done thoroughly, it was done quickly and the front desk staff was so friendly. 10/10 recommend.
Called in because i was having some issues with my car, spoke with Gary he was very helpful and thoroughly explained everything to me. Considering i know nothing about cars, i left that conversation very happy and confident. I would recommend them to anyone having car issues or electrical car issues. THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU.

Being a female, I unfortunately feel like some places take advantage of the fact that I do not understand cars. I will say that Gary was able to explain why I was having certain issues with my car and what was needed to correct those issues. He is extremely knowledgeable and I felt very comfortable with the work that was done. Renee was beyond helpful and friendly. I can’t recommend this shop enough! They are honest, they explained everything in a way that I could understand, their prices are so fair! Finally a shop that you don’t have to worry when you go to!! These guys are the BEST!!! Thank you so much Blackwidow!!!
