I can't say enough great things about Blackwell's and the service we received from their tech Jarod! He had amazing patience and was diligent in troubleshooting my issue with my pool's heater and totally went above-and-beyond to insure that my unit was working perfectly when he left. Blackwell's cares about their customers and that's hard to find these days.
made the problem worse and my son watched one of their trucks run 2 red lights while out the other day. horribly rude and sketchy people!!!!!!!!!
Jeremy Blackwell was our salesman and the most unprofessional contractor we have ever experienced. Argumentative, disrespectful, and lack of supervision of his sub-contractors tops our list. Buyer beware of this wolf in sheep's clothing!! Pool design was good, Construction we would give a grade of C, and clean up was horrible! We would not recommend Blackwell’s Bluewater pool construction.
