Hired Blackwell to install new tankless hot water heater to replace damaged one and new package heat and AC and the wrap ducts under the house for 15k and the hot water heater was installed and they left with natural gas leaking under my house thank fully my family went to check the work and found leaking gas and turned off gas before the house exploded then they tore off all the old duct insulation to reinstall sulfate and left it all under the house add g to make already rodent problem. January 1, 2025, HOLIDAY, late in the day we noticed our heat wasn't working!! The next morning at 8 am I called Blackwells and explained that we had no heat. At 10:30 Austin Blackwell showed up and diagnosed our problem. He went back to the office and got a price for parts to fix the issues. Austin called us with the cost for repairs. A coil kit had to be picked up from McComb. A couple hours later Austin showed back up with the parts and 2 other guys to do our repairs. Repairs completed everyone left. After calling them to come check my unit the guy discovered it was low of Freon which I could understand but I asked three times why it was low if there could be a leak and was told the system was fine just normal to be low after 3.5 years so I went with it thinking he knew what we was talking about. After “4lbs” (the minimum amount charged apparently) I was hit with an extra charge to pay over the phone since they haven’t evolved yet but long story short 500 bucks and A/C was blowing snowballs… UNTIL two months later when g... read more
