He is under FEDERAL and STATE investigation for theft, tax fraud, and insurance fraud. If you by a vehicle from him, he never turns over title to vehicle. He takes vehicles across state line only to report them stolen to insurance company. Once he collects insurance monies, he miraculous finds vehicles and resells them....never reporting their return to insurance companies. DO NOT USE!!!
