They had my watch for nine months to provide me with a longer band. They are incredibly kind in person. They are horrible at proactive communication. Had to stop in multiple times to ask on progress and was told they are close to getting something. Finally called the bluff and picked up my watch. Was told they couldn’t find a band at 24mm and length of long. Took it home and found multiple bands in 30 seconds by doing a google search. Amazing selection of jewelry and fine goods. Denise is an amazing person to work with and knows her stuff. Definitely recommend!
Brought my wedding rings to Denise to have them soldered and they are absolutely perfect!!!!! Thank you Blackwell's!!!!! If you are looking for a perfect place to shop for jewelry I would definitely check them out you won't be disappointed!!!
