Wonderful little shop. Denise and Linda are a joy to work with!
They had my watch for nine months to provide me with a longer band. They are incredibly kind in person. They are horrible at proactive communication. Had to stop in multiple times to ask on progress and was told they are close to getting something. Finally called the bluff and picked up my watch. Was told they couldn’t find a band at 24mm and length of long. Took it home and found multiple bands in 30 seconds by doing a google search.
