The worst kind of people you could ever encounter. They are greedy, selfish and heartless. So many local families left homeless, so many children without a bed to sleep in now all so this rich man can get richer. If you buy a home from him just know he bought that home for way less than what he is selling it to you for and he most definitely kicked the family that was already happily living there out to do it. Kenny Blackwell is one of the reason Bloomington is no longer a family friendly town.
