I would not recommend this place. We bought an RV from them and have nothing but trouble with this RV every since we got financing online for the RV!!!! They it picked up from us to fixed air conditioning they and brought it back to us with the passenger side mirror knocked off. It's undrivable because of this!!!!!! They didn't even leave a note telling us what happened!!! And now they won't answer our phone calls.
I bought an RV here because of the good reviews but I think that those reviews are from family and friends, not actual buyers. As a verified purchaser, all I can say is BUYER BEWARE. They will tell you whatever they need to to get you to sign the paperwork but they have no intention of following through. I am now going to have to take them to court because of deceptive sales practices. Not a good situation at all.
Gabriella was great during the purchase of our RV. It was quick and easy. Took some time getting plates and tags due to the new law of no paper tags and our RV was titled out of state with a power of attorney. But all is good now.
The Sales Rep we worked with (Gabriella)at Blackwell RV was very nice and responsive during our shopping experience. Though we did not end up making a purchase after a couple visits and thorough inspections, we experienced a pleasant interaction with their team!
This is a great place I bought my first camper from them and Gabriella made the process simple and exciting the few small problems I did have Gabriella had no problem driving right out to me to help me solve them I really appreciate the honesty and kindness I will definitely be buying from them again love you guys thanks for everything!!
