Since Duke was a puppy I have always taken my dog to the vets in ponca.. About 2 years ago I moved to blackwell and i decided last month to take Duke to the Blackwell animal hospital bc it is alot closer. It was a waist of time and money..The woman was rude and they arnt the sharpest tools in the shed.. thats just my opinion.. I am going to keep taking Duke to ponca vets and i recomend everyone do the same..
The woman that took over the hospital is very rude.. She has one of those im better then everyone attitudes.. My dog is very sick with an infection in her eye.. I have taken her to this clinic for years along with my cat. With the economy the way it is my husbands hours got cut back for 2 weeks... they only cared about the money and wouldnt take a post dated check. i have always paid my bill .. i found a vets office in ponca that is willing to help and treat my baby.. I dont recomend going here to the blackwell vets office..... read more
they are nice people on the phone when you got "??? they answer them not blow you off their prices are better than most............
