Best PT experience ever! Knowledgable staff, friendly, caring and very focused on me as a patient! Definitely coming back when I need PT again.
People are nice (hence the 2 stars), but their billing practices are either shady or incompetent. Was told $20 co-pay even though I told them it should be $40. They waiting nearly a month to file the first claim so I had already visited multiple times. Would not have gone to more sessions had I known it would be $40 each time. Claimed they talked to my insurance and was told it would be $20, but there is no way my insurance would say that (it's not the normal co-pay for non-PCP visits).
