I ordered and paid in full for lean to trusses on 05/15/24 and was told they would have them done in 3 weeks. I called on 06/05/24 and asked about them and they had not started. I have called numerous times and was promised a call back from their production manager and still no response. I called back today 06/19/24 and told them I wanted a refund, and they told me no and they would have them complete next week. This company takes your money and puts you on the back burner. CAREFUL FOLKS, what was supposed to be easy BARN build turned into a CIRCUS and but fast! 7 Months from Down Payment to build start. Invoice changed multiple times without any notification from builder. Although we had asked to have it spec'd a certain way for finished, when it came down to it, it all got added on extra as we were told none of that was part of the build. The Concrete pour was 9 bucks a sq ft at 5" thick - can you say gouging someone? then the quality of the pour and finish wasn't performed in accordance with... read more
