I called Blackwater because we had no water and Tom was here within the hour. He installed a new tank and replaced all the plumbing and switch. His price was fair and his work is more than efficient. I complained to another plumber in the past about my water pressure going in and out, and just being weak. He told me it was how all the water pressure in the area is. Since Tom came out and did repairs, my water pressure has been phenomenal, for the first time since buying my home. He even cleaned up!! Everything that was taken... read more

My pump broke on Saturday night and I spent the night and early Sunday morning calling all over to get it fixed. Companies either didn’t work with well pumps or wanted to charge emergency fees and double the price because it was a weekend. I randomly found Blackwater LLC recommended on a Facebook group and called. Tom picked right up and was out to my house less than 2 hours later. I was in need of a plumber who also worked with warranties and Tom Achilles, Blackwater, LLC came through for me! I can’t recommend him enough. He went above and beyond to get my hot water heater working properly on a holiday weekend. Very professional, punctual and clearly knows what he is doing. He even fixed something else on my heater for free because he noticed it was a minor fix but could have caused long term damage and issues!
