One of the owners there Nick is awesome but my bike has been to the shop twice for the same issue. They keep giving it back and charging me for things they fixed, but nothing is actually fixed. When I called to schedule to get it checked for the 3rd time the other owner brushed me off
I bought my bike from Blackwater Cycles LLC, and the initial experience was outstanding. I got a great bike at a great price and I got it hassle free. Or so I thought. I have recommended these guys to several people. Unfortunately I have to rescind that recommendation. I made a handshake deal that I would buy the bike at asking price if they threw in a sissy bar.
