Stopped in last week with my 16 year old daughter. She has always had hand-me-down bikes. Mackey was welcoming, focused on educating and listening to my daughter. Encouraging on the test rides. He helped her decide on a great hardtail mtn bike. She has ridden the new whip everyday since purchase. Thank you for making her first new bike experience wonderful. Easy, friendly and quality - can't recommend Blackwater Bikes enough!
Walked in to fix a flat and left ready to go within 20 mins! Staff gave us some awesome recommendations for local trails too.
Amazing experience renting an eMTB for my partner for us to ride together. Excellent quality and well maintained rental. Also very friendly and helpful with route recommendations for all levels of riding. Not to mention the riding out of Davis is almost heaven. Thank you Sue!
Great rental experience. Rented a bike and went down the Blackwater canyon trail to the Allegheny Highlands trail, and back. Probably better to call first if you want a specific bike to see if it's available.
