I have to say that this is the best testing site ever, respectful, helpful and patient to name a few from all people at the site including traffic control. The collectors are awesome, no yelling- speaking nicely to you, explaining what you need and how to access the questions for the site - name details and medicare no., calm and very very easily dealt with... Great Service
I understand that they are busy.. but they should really update their hours here and not only open between 8am-12pm. Heaps of people take their time to wait to get into this clinic just for the people working here to tell everyone to go back home once we’ve reached the front entrance. None of these people even take the time to walk up to each car to notify us that they are full or so.. it’s horrible to have so much people waiting just for them to be told to go back home the minute we’ve reached the front entrance after waiti... read more
Too many cars are occupying the road. Also, I didn't get the test results. So, I went to another inspection office a few times.
