So happy with my shopping experience here at BlackToe. The staff were super friendly and extremely knowledgeable. They answered all my questions and were able to find me the perfect shoe for my needs. Couldn’t recommend them enough!
Went into the store to look for some marathon shoes and got helped by Jose. Very helpful, very patient, very informative. Helped me try on a few pairs and gave me lots of the inside scoop. Helped with some fuelling recommendations for my marathon, and even discussed some running watches. Really really helpful, cant thank him enough.
I had an awesome experience today thanks to Jose. He helped me pick out a running vest, a new watch, and some socks, and guided me through the whole process. I really appreciated his knowledge and patience, it made the experience smooth and enjoyable. Amazing customer service and expertise, will definitely be back!
Patrick at the Midtown location was super helpful and knowledgeable! He used the foot scan which was super cool to see. And very patient as I tried on 4-5 pairs :) If you’re new to running longer distances or switching to trail/road - this is your spot to come! Hopefully next time I’ll be able to try to gait analysis too (it was not up due to a race bib pickup).
