Blake from black tie plumbing is my go to guy when plumbing issues come up. Not only is he cordial and professional but a very likable person. This is the second time I have used him but I asked for him when I scheduled and they didn’t disappoint. Awesome company and I will use again and again thanks Blake.

They were very polite and professional over email and on the phone. A plumber came out promptly and sorted out our water pressure issues in a shower unit.

Start off about saying I use to own a Appliance repair company until I sold it years ago so I know where they are coming from. Called about both toilets not flushing. They came out and said they are both clogged. Qt $150 each to clear them out.$300 total and I agreed. 20 Mins later after "clearing them both " they are still not flushing. At this time they tell me they need to remove both toilets to see why it is not flushing($250 per toilet), but they would no longer charge me the $300 since it did not work.
