I feel better with my balance. Wendy has shown me different movements for my feet and legs to make them work and get stronger. I have so much fun that the time flies. Everyone there is friendly and always smiling.
What a great staff! I worked with Mitch Goldman who was a wealth of knowledge concerning my injury and the steps for recovery. I saw my range of motion and strength skyrocket! He also helped to work out some scar tissue where my compound fracture had broken through the skin. It looks and feels so much nicer! He was personable, likable, and professional. Allie has been wonderful and very nice this entire time. She very patiently answered all of my questions and explained why each exercise was important. The front desk staff was very efficient, took two minutes max to check in every week including paying for it with my card on file. The waiting area was comfortable and clean.
I been going to BVPTS for many years for different issues and have always loved the staff, facility and treatment. Honestly, they feel like family to me and I know I can always call them or go back if I have questions or need a little extra push. A special thank you to Allie for taking great care of me and helping me feel better.
