No frills gym. Close to my house, friendly staff. Normal people in the gym, everyone is pretty polite. Saturdays and sunday mornings it fills up quickly but most of the cars parked are people doing group exercises in the back room. The weights room and back room with more more and weights is usually pretty empty.
