Owed balance of $30 have insurance and supposed to get free glasses in a year got paid later today really asked to set an appointment because it's Friday and they told me they refused because I have to pay the balance and I said I'd be happy to pay it once my check comes in. I'm grateful they didn't see me. If they're as disrespectful and irresponsible as they are when scheduling appointments, I wouldn't want to be treated at this place! I made an appointment online, and two days later they called to cancel and reschedule. Now they're calling me again to reschedule, and the only appointment they're offering is in four months. First time here and omg the customer service is phenomenal . They are super terrific. Very personable people you dont see that now a days. And a public bathroom that isnt locked. Got my business in future for sure. Very great work ethic . Great for anxiety people as myself... I recommend them for sure.
