After doing my research I decided that warranty and service are important to me. Blackstone Saunas had both. I did not want to deal with the big box stores. I also decided to pick up and install myself. To my surprise it was very easy, basically plug and play. Easy to use and of good quality. My wife and I use our sauna often. We love it!

The sauna heater works perfectly. No complaints.
When I started experience random shut downs and my old single-person Blackstone sauna finally went down. I contacted them with a number of troubleshooting questions via email, link on their site and phone to their BC store. My challenge was I live about 20 miles south of the Canadian boarder in US. After a few exchanges, they suggested I bring in the top unit where all the controls are (if you've assembled their infrared sauna, you know what I'm talking about. Their design is super convenient).
