This gym has a strong and supportive community. The spin classes are fun. There’s always invitations to new events/classes to try. The coaches here help you hit new PRs.
I’ve been at BRCF for 2 weeks and it’s been transformative. I lost 5 lbs with ease and started eating the right way (enough proteins for the first time in my life). Turns out CrossFit isn’t the same everywhere. All the instructors at BRCF are incredible knowledgeable and friendly! I was quite intimated by CrossFit at first and avoided it for years.
