The hotel is very cozy, with large rooms and comfortable beds. The staff are very friendly and polite. My family and I had a wonderful five days here. The hotel is very conveniently located, and I will definitely return next time.

Used room 123 B on October 11th and it really had zero soundproof. I was listening all single words the next door saying and the screaming from their kids. The noise started from 5pm and didn't stop til 12am midnight. Called the staff to make sure the room condition is okay and the noise is supposed to be, front staff came around 12am and saying this is not good and not supposed to be. My family and I had a great time here. The rooms were very comfortable. The beds, pillows, and sheets were very cozy. The hotel staff were friendly and accommodating. The outdoor heated pool and hot tubs were very relaxing. Better value than paying to stay in Banff, and just a short drive there instead. We'd book again, for sure.

살면서 최악의 호텔 경험 했습니다. 두 달 전에 2박3일 예약을 했음에도 불구하고 커넥팅룸으로 배정받았습니다. 방 배정 당시 커넥팅룸이라는 안내도 없었습니다. 첫날은 옆방이 비어서 괜찮았으나 둘째날은 너무 힘들었습니다. 옆방에서 소리 지르고 난리를 부리는데 방음이 하나도 되지 않습니다. 다른 방으로 변경 요청 여러번 하였으나 받아들여지지 않았습니다. 새벽에 더 이상 참지못해 다시 요청했더니 저희의 상황을 일절 모르는 직원이었습니다. 기존 직원이 해당 불편사항을 다음 직원으로 전달한다 하였으나 전달하지않은 것입니다. 또한 방 변경 요청 시 기존 직원은 사용가능한 방이 없다고 했는데 공식 웹사이트에는 사용가능한 방이 있더군요. 서드파티 여행사통해서 확인되는 방도 아니고, 공식 홈페이지에서 방이 있다고 나오는데 사용가능한 방이 없다니요? 인수인계 하겠다는 것도 거짓말, 방이 없다는 것도 거짓말. 커넥팅 룸 배정에 대한 안내와 사과조차 없음. 살면서 최악의 호텔이었습니다. 앞으로 블랙스톤 계열은 쳐다보지도 않겠습니다.
