DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! It is a scam. My doctor set it up for me but they made me pay 249 out of pocket. I did the study 2 months ago… never heard back from them. They will not return my call, texts, or emails. I reported them to my Dr and they said they’d stop using their services.
Very rude customer service. Check reviews before using this company.
Very poor service. They not only don’t do what’s agreed upon, they don’t fix it. They said I would have to start the process over. The sales rep called me back and now said they will fix it. I’m thankful for that. I’m glad they are working to improve their rating.
So dissatisfied with customer service. I’d give zero stars if I could.
