From what it’s looking like, if you have bad reviews, all you have to do is create another profile. I had wrote a review last year on how poor the HOA is run. Can’t seem to find it now. $220 In HOA fees and the sprinklers have not worked since November 2022. No one can hold anyone accountable. I’m not gonna go into detail about all the other problems but just think twice. If you do consider Blackstone as your new residents, ask a lot of questions before moving in. This move has been a great experience for me and my fiancé from start to finish. Our agent Latonya has been a blessing to us since day one. She is very pleasant and professional. Whenever I have a question about anything, she’s quick to respond,. We appreciate her so much. Thx Latonya❤️😇🤗 We have so much space it’s Amazing!😀 It’s a great place to go for a walk.
