I was referred to Blackstone Automotive from a long time family friend because I was having diagnsotic problems with my vehicle and a noise that no other technician could seem to figure out. I was referred to blackstone automotive from a friend that has been bringing his cars there for years. I brought my car there with an emissions problem, the mechanic i spoke with and who looked at my car was very knowledgeable and friendly. He looked at my car diagonosised the problem, explained what was going on, he gave me an estimate that was very fair and seemed to be to good to be true. I have been doing business with Blackstone Automotive for about 20 years. I have always been satisfied with the work. I have found the owner, Ray to be an honest person and will always inform you of what you vehicle needs before work is done. As for me, my policy is if something is wrong fix It. Ray and his employees have extension training. If you are ever in the office, look at the diplomas on the wall. Blackstone Automotive did a great job on my car. After going to some other places they were able to give me the best deals, and were able to tell me exactly what was wrong with my car. The people there are extremely nice and very easy to talk too. I'd recommend any one going there for their cars.
good enough Simple repairs and maintence are done quickly and professionally. Prices are good and worth it.They fixed the transmission quickly and called me to discuss the problem and what they would do about it. It was a very fair price and a great repair. I liked it and would recommend it for anyone. They were great to me and my car. call them up.
