I have been reading so many of the complaints, and they all seem to fall within the same category: returning funds.
Over ore than a week now, I was contacted by Mr. Maurice, and informed that he would be contacting me in the near future regarding the return of my security deposit for an apartment that I decided not to go forward with When I spoke with Mr. Maurice, he informed me that a check would be cut, too funny, because the deposit was sent via ACH. When Blackstone started building in East Orange, you could see the desire to serve the community and provide decent, affordable housing for people living in New Jersey or in New York working in New Jersey. It has now become a slick, fast-talking business that refuses to refund security deposits, return calls. I am preparing to take this to the next level.
