I recently went to Andres at Blackstar Cycling Co. for a RETÜL bike fitting, and I can honestly say it was the best experience I’ve had. Andres is incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and honest — I never once felt pressured to buy anything unnecessary. Both of my bikes now feel better than they ever have, and the improvements were noticeable right away. 5 stars! Highly recommended! Andres provided exceptional service. Adjusted my road bike according to my fit and I noticed immediately I was going faster and for longer distance. Andres even offered for me to come back for free and install the bike stem and adjust my shoes/cleats. Thank you Andres!

I’ve been mountain biking and gravel biking for many years and it has been ages since I had gotten a proper fit. I bought a new Canyon Ultimate road bike and after about a dozen people recommending Andres at Blackstar Cycling, I made an appointment. I was very impressed with Andres. He was friendly, prompt, technical and thorough.
