True to word, family... my doctors since the 80's, now docs for my 3 kids. Your choice of 3 exceptional GP's. Brilliant support team! I would rate them 10 stars out of 5
Extremely disappointed with the administrative handling and professionalism here. This practice misplaced our family's intake paperwork and personal medical data. I found this had occurred when attempting to book an appointment for a sick child. The practice was completely unapologetic and met me with surprising aggression and hostility. Safeguarding patient data and treating families with basic respect should be a bare minimum. We have taken our care elsewhere and feel much more comfortable.
I highly recommend Blacksmith’s Medical Practice. The staff are so friendly and supportive and I feel very grateful to have them in our community. 😊
