Great coffee and breakfast food!!
Place has gone downhill big time. Horrible bagel and the homemade ketchup was gross.
Very validating to see two other recent posts about the unkind barista. Girl working the cash register was lovely, but the barista standing next to her was nasty, rude, and condescending when I asked a very simple question. I manage a small business in LB as well (also food service) and the lack of professionalism and customer service was shocking. I would be horrified if any of my employees spoke to a customer that way. Want to return, because my drink was delicious. But really disliked the treatment I received.
Disappointed was so excited to try but the coffee was just ok and the woman behind the counter was so incredibly rude it was gross.
I just went to Blacksmith coffee this morning for the first time and was between 2 different coffees. I always like to ask the barista which coffee he or she likes more when I’m between two and haven’t tried the place before. The woman was extremely unhelpful and short in her reply: “Well it depends. What do you want?” She had such a negative attitude. (Woman had brown straight medium length hair and glasses) I wound up getting the blueberry cinnamon cold brew which was pretty good.
