The moment I saw employees in uniform, including what looked like kitchen staff, smoking right outside the entrance before going back inside, I completely lost my appetite. I couldn’t help but imagine the food being prepared with those same hands. That aside, for an all-you-can-eat restaurant, having to wait a long time for the meat really takes away from the whole point.
